Movement & structural therapy

These treatments are focused on rehabilitation through intelligent, structured movement. Rooted in my background as a physiotherapist, these private sessions combine elements of asana yoga, postural alignment, and functional fitness to restore balance and efficiency in the body.

I integrate hands-on adjustments and assisted techniques inspired by Thai Yoga to support deeper mobility, joint decompression, and fascial release when needed. This combination of active and assisted work allows the body to relearn healthier movement patterns with precision and safety.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, physical history, and goals. We work to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination while addressing compensatory patterns and structural imbalances.

Body Work

In my 90-minute bodywork sessions, I begin with a thorough assessment and functional diagnosis, observing posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction or compensation. Drawing from my background as a physiotherapist, Thai Yoga practitioner, and Ayurvedic masseuse, each session is tailored to what your body truly needs in that moment. I combine precise therapeutic techniques with Thai Yoga Bodywork to restore mobility, release tension, and support structural balance. When indicated, I integrate fire cupping to improve circulation, decompress tissues, and stimulate deeper fascial release. These sessions are not routine treatments but responsive, body-led work designed to address the root of dysfunction while supporting long-term resilience, recovery, and embodied awareness.

Breath Coaching

As a Breath Coach, each session begins with a detailed anamnesis to understand your health history, emotional landscape, and nervous system patterns. Drawing from my background as a physiotherapist, including work in internal medicine, I assess your breathing mechanics with clinical precision while honoring the somatic and emotional dimensions of the breath.

I analyze rhythm, depth, diaphragm mobility, and compensatory patterns, identifying restrictions that may affect oxygenation, posture, or stress regulation. When needed, I use targeted hands-on techniques (and at times fire cupping) to prepare the respiratory muscles and support deeper expansion.

The session then moves into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork practice, followed by integration and feedback to help you carry greater breath awareness and resilience into daily.

Kambo

My Kambo sessions are carefully prepared and responsibly guided. We always start with a short, preparatory Breathwork practice to settle in the space and for me to assess the body.

Before the ceremony, you complete a detailed medical questionnaire to assess readiness and contraindications. Based on this, I provide a specific dietary protocol to ensure safety and optimal response to the medicine.

You will receive a comprehensive PDF explaining the origins of Kambo, its traditional use, physiological effects, possible reactions, and aftercare guidelines. I believe informed participation is essential. During the session, I hold a structured and safe ceremonial space, combining clinical awareness with deep respect for the ancestral roots of the medicine, followed by integration support.
