Physioflow Bodywork Training, body work course

Level 1 Sacred Valley, Peru, September 2026

PhysioFlow Bodywork Training is an integrative method that bridges physiotherapy principles with the art of Thai Yoga Massage and embodied touch. It is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond fixed sequences and develop the ability to truly read a body — understanding posture, structure, biomechanics, and the patterns behind pain and compensation.

At the heart of PhysioFlow lies body literacy. Over the course of 3 Levels, Students learn how to assess alignment and movement, analyze structural imbalances, and apply manual techniques with clarity and intention. The training weaves together functional anatomy, biomechanical analysis, assisted stretching, mobility work, and therapeutic sequencing, cultivating precision, confidence, and intelligent touch.

The program unfolds across three progressive levels — from beginner to advanced — each deepening the practitioner’s capacity to observe, feel the body, assess it, and adapt treatments to the individual in front of them.

PhysioFlow forms practitioners who work with both structure and flow — grounded in science, guided by sensitivity.

Structure

PhysioFlow unfolds across three progressive levels. Each level builds upon the

previous one, deepening anatomical understanding, assessment skills, and

therapeutic precision.

The training is designed as a pathway — yet experienced body work practitioner.

  • Level 1 is the foundation of PhysioFlow and is designed for beginners as well aspractitioners who want to refine their fundamentals.

Participants learn a complete full-body floor-based Thai Yoga Massage sequence that can be confidently applied immediately after the training.

The focus is on developing safe body mechanics, fluid transitions, and embodied presence while working on the mat.

    This level includes:

    • Essential functional anatomy for bodyworkers

    • Introduction to posture observation

    • Understanding muscle chains and connective tissue

    • Palpation skills: how to feel and differentiate tension patterns

    • Guided exercises to train touch sensitivity

    • A structured full-body therapeutic sequence

By the end of Level 1, students are able to confidently deliver a coherent full-

body treatment while understanding what they are touching and why.

This level also supports the development of intuitive contact with the body.

Beyond learning techniques, students begin to cultivate sensitivity — to fee, listen, and respond with awareness rather than simply apply a sequence.

Participants are encouraged to go out and practice extensively after the training.

Real growth happens through repetition, experience, and continued hands-on work. The more sessions they give

  • Level 2 moves from sequence-based work into analytical thinking and clinical refinement.

Here the practitioner learns how to assess before treating. The emphasis shifts toward biomechanical principles, joint function, compensation patterns, and more physiotherapy-oriented techniques, including massage with oil.

    This level includes:

    • • Deeper postural and movement analysis

    • • Orthopedic-style testing adapted to mat work

    • • Introduction to PIR (Post-Isometric Relaxation)

    • • Introduction to AEK (Agonistic Eccentric Contraction)

    • • Refinement and upgrading of the Level 1 sequence

    • • Treatment adaptation based on assessment findings

    • • Hand techniques to apply and massage with oil

  • Level 3 focuses on the spine, rib cage, diaphragm, and deeper structural integration of the torso.

It introduces advanced techniques and additional tools to support respiratory, postural, and nervous system regulation.

    This level includes:

    • Advanced spinal assessment & hands-on techniques

    • Rib cage mobility & thoracic integration

    • Diaphragm manual techniques

    • Fire Cupping foundations & application

    • • Advanced torso and visceral-oriented manual work

Level 3 is designed for advanced bodyworkers and also for Breath work practitioners who wish to deepen their hands-on understanding of the respiratory system and structural support of breath.

    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    • Total beginners start with Level 1.

    • Practicing bodyworkers, massage therapists, Breathwork practitioners and movement teachers may apply to enter Level 2 or 3 directly after an evaluation call.

    • Completion of all three levels grants full PhysioFlow certification.

Sacred Fire RetreaT

Sacred Fire Retreats are immersive ceremonial experiences centered around Ancestral Peruvian Medicine, held within a carefully prepared and ethically guided container.

These retreats are designed as spaces of deep reflection, purification, and econnection — where the fire becomes a living witness to transformation.

The ceremony is structured around four altars, each representing a specific quality and stage of the life cycle. Throughout the night, each altar is introduced and explained in depth — its symbolism, its teachings, and the aspect of life it reflects. After the teaching, the word is passed to the participants, allowing each person to step forward in prayer, intention, or reflection in relation to that altar.

The fire is kept alive throughout the entire night, anchoring the process with steadiness and presence. The ceremony alternates between moments of silence and live or curated music, creating a rhythm that allows both introspection and expression.

During the retreat, complementary practices such as breathwork, movement, and integration circles support the process of the medicine.

Sacred Fire Retreats are not escapes from reality, but intentional crossings — spaces to confront truth, release what no longer serves, and realign with clarity, integrity, and embodied strength.

Reset & Renew Kambo Retreat

4th to 8th March 2026, South Goa, India

Reset & Renew is a full-immersion Frog Retreat designed to create a powerful physical and mental reset within a structured and supportive container. These retreats are centered around three Kambo ceremonies, carefully spaced to allow progressive cleansing, strengthening, and recalibration.

Each ceremony is approached with preparation, medical screening, and intentional integration. The repetition over multiple days allows the body to respond deeply and systematically, supporting detoxification, immune activation, and nervous system regulation.

Daily breathwork sessions are integrated to enhance oxygenation, emotional processing, and internal clarity. Group exercises and facilitated integration circles provide space to reflect, share, and anchor the experience. Movement practices support circulation and recovery throughout the immersion.

Reset & Renew retreats are intensive yet disciplined containers — designed not as dramatic experiences, but as structured processes of purification, resilience-building, and renewal.

Rise & Shine Retreat

Rise & Shine Retreats are immersive journeys into the living experience of the self — rooted in daily practice, embodied movement, and conscious breath.

Centered around Yoga, Qi Gong, functional Fitness, and Breathwork, these retreats are designed to awaken vitality while cultivating depth and inner clarity. Each day participants move, breathe, strengthen, soften, and sit in stillness. Meditation and complementary practices are woven throughout, creating a balanced rhythm between activation and introspection.

As night falls, the circle gathers around the fire. Sacred songs and chants are shared to awaken the voice, activate prayer, and reconnect with ancient currents of devotion. Through sound and presence, participants are invited to open their hearts and remember the power of collective intention.

Rise & Shine is not about escape — it is about returning. Returning to the body. Returning to awareness. Returning to the quiet intelligence within. Through consistent practice and shared space, participants reconnect with their inner power, refine their discipline, and deepen their relationship with themselves.

These retreats have been hosted internationally — from Sweden to Italy to Switzerland — gathering people from different walks of life under one shared intention: to dive inward and rise stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
